What to bring when applying for a payday loan
First, you must know what payday cash advance companies are looking for. The four major things a lender looks for in a borrower are: the lender is over 18 years old, has a means of repaying the loan, has a sustainable income which is big enough to repay the loan, and has an active checking account.
Before heading down to the payday loan office make sure you have at hand these very important documents. One requirement needed that is pretty much common sense is a valid ID that identifies you and confirms that you are above 18 years of age. Another document needed is a company ID or at least a certification that proves you have been employed for more than two or four months in that occupation. Although there are some companies that allow people to apply for loans without having a regular job, the important thing to show is that you have a regular means of income. A pay slip or a certification that shows you earn at least a thousand dollars every month is crucial in qualifying for a payday loan. It makes no sense at all in approving a loan when the borrower has no means of paying it back.
Finally, don't forget to bring your personal cheque to confirm that you have a checking account. Make sure your checking account is at least two months old. Some companies are particularly strict when it comes to this requirement. This is because this is where the payday loan company will deposit the money once it gets approved. At the same time, this is where the company will cash out the cheque once they payment is due. They will not do this once you pay back the the loan to them personally.
